In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 clear days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

⚠️ Strict Health & Hygiene Condition (Article L. 221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code): Pursuant to French legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products and sheet masks that have been unsealed, opened, used, or whose original pouch/packaging has been removed after delivery. For obvious hygiene and health safety reasons, open cosmetic products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Returned items must strictly be:

• In their original sealed packaging;
• Strictly unopened and unused;
• Complete (packaging, intact security seal, instructions if applicable);
• In perfect condition for resale as new.

1. Return Request: Submit your request by email to trade@han-glow.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Shipment: Send the intact products to the designated return address. Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense (except in the case of a preparation error by HAN GLOW or a proven defective product).
3. Inspection & Refund: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method upon receipt and verification of the cosmetic items by our team.

Return transportation is carried out under the Customer's sole responsibility. HAN GLOW cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring during return transit and reserves the right to refuse a refund in such cases.

📦 Damaged Package Upon Delivery: In the event of obvious parcel damage during transport, you must state precise reservations on the delivery slip with the carrier (or refuse delivery) and notify HAN GLOW as soon as possible at trade@han-glow.com. (Pursuant to Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code, claims regarding apparent damage not reported upon delivery may be rejected).
