Orders over AED 150 or €49 qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders below these amounts, a delivery fee will be calculated at checkout:
- UAE: Orders below AED 150
- France: Orders below €49

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed once the return request is confirmed via WhatsApp and the returned item is received and approved. For returns due to change of mind (not product issues), a restocking fee of AED 40 will be deducted after verifying the item is unused and in original condition.
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued as a HAN GLOW store voucher within 2 business days.

- Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or missing tags are not eligible for return.
