Are these masks suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our masks are made with gentle, natural ingredients designed for sensitive skin, helping to reduce the risk of irritation or allergic reactions. For those with very sensitive skin, we still suggest doing a patch test before full use.

Why do we start this service?

👉 While raising my children and running a business, I found it hard to keep up with skincare. I wished someone could deliver quality sheet masks right to my home. I also realized that popular Korean masks often reach the Middle East much later than in Korea. That’s why I decided to bring these products directly to customers here.

Subscription Changes/Cancellation

Subscription can be canceled after 2 months.
If you wish to use the service for only one month, a one-month order is available.
Billing date and delivery date can be adjusted.

How do I pay?

Available payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, local payment options, etc.
Automatic monthly billing occurs on the 1st of each month.
Refunds/failed payment handling

How does shipping work?

Delivery area: Shipping available throughout the UAE. Extra fee for outside area of Dubai. Contact us for extra fee.
Shipping occurs once a month, depending on your order date:
1. Orders placed between the 1st and 14th → Shipped on the 15th (e.g. order on July 5 → shipped on July 15)
2. Orders placed between the 15th and the end of the month → Shipped on the 1st of the following month (e.g.order on July 20 → shipped on August 1)
